This Bulletproof MCT Oil Review is for anyone who’s interested in exploring and learning about XCT Oil and Brain Octane Oil supplements of Bulletproof.

In that sense, we’ll do absolutely everything to make it as thorough as possible. We’ll dissect and explore the claims. The beneficial ingredients. The additives. The potential benefits. As well as the success rates for any of the 7 Bulletproof MCT Oil supplements.

All this to make as accurate of an assessment as humanly possible.

Meaning, my goal here is to create a review like no other – one that you can get all possible insights from. One, after which you don’t have to go on to other reviews and explore more. Therefore, if by any chance there is a section or aspect I haven’t covered but you’re interested in, let me know. And I’ll add that to the review.

Bulletproof MCT Oil Review – The Overview

When considering the Bulletproof MCT Oil, it’s not enough to examine just one supplement. Mainly because there are a number of them that can go under this title.Bulletproof MCT Oil Review

How many? Well, 7 to be exact.

Of these, the 5 of Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil we have already reviewed in a different review. Thus, in this one, we will be actually focusing on XCT Oil supplements.

While there supposedly are tow different ones of them, in reality, the only difference lies within the bottle size. Thus, this will be somewhat of a review about only one supplement [R, R].

Jumping on to their homepage for some exploration of claims – it does reveal that each of the XCT Oil supplements (16 oz and 32 oz) have their own description page. And they are very solid.

In regards to this, however, both of these description pages are (apart from the supplement title and images) 100% identical (as the supplements are). Thus, for simplicity reasons, I will refer to this as a single description page.

Bulletproof XCT Oil ReviewOn the description page, you can essentially find what is a compilation of various sections.

They got one for key insights, one for the benefits, one explaining and convincing why it’s a solid product, as well as one for the nutritional info.

Then there’s also a section for customer questions, which at this time is completely empty.

Then there’s the review section, which contains both good and bad reviews. Thus, the manufacturer (Bulletproof) does not entice into deleting the bad ones, at least as far as I can say.

And finally, there’s also a section describing what other products have customers bought, thus, in a sense encouraging you to buy them too.

The claimed benefits are four – amplified energy, improved brain power, fewer cravings, and burned fat.

Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil ReviewAs they put it, XCT Oil supplements are all about ketone energy, as well as being a flavorless and versatile substitute for other oils. Thus, you can use it as a dressing, drizzle over meals, use in soups or sauces, or even put it in coffee or tea.

In that sense, you can consume it in whichever way you find to be the most appropriate for you.

Overall, thus far, to sum it all up, XCT Oil supplements of Bulletproof seem like a really good choice.

But let’s elaborate on that for more insight.

XCT Oil’s All About Pure Caprylic And Capric Acid

There are many MCT Oil supplements that don’t always fully disclose their composition. For secrecy reasons or out of sloth, they do not specify, what kind of acids and in what amounts can be typically found in their respective supplement or supplements.

One such example is the Melrose MCT Oil, in regards to which you pretty much have to guess as to what’s in there.

Which is not the ideal approach. Especially because not all of the acids in the MCT Oils are of fully the same benefits.

Don’t get me wrong there are many benefits and qualities that do overlap. However, there are others that don’t. And those are the ones which eventually make quite a significant difference.

When it comes to the XCT Oil supplement composition, it somewhat lets you know it’s composition.

What I mean is that given that both supplements are absolutely identical, both offer pure caprylic and capric acid sourced from 100% pure coconut oil. However, we’ve no idea how much of each of the acids exactly is there.

All they provide is that the combined amounts of the two are 14 grams per every tablespoon of contents.

Whereas supplements like Onnit MCT Oil or Sports Research MCT Oil, or even the Now Sports MCT Oil lets you know exactly what their acid profile looks like.

Which is the better and more transparent, and overall just the more beneficial approach for the customers.

That said, the Bulletproof XCT Oil supplements still have every reason to be beneficial for anyone who uses it.

But what kinds of benefits exactly? All those that the manufacturer claims? Let’s get into that next.

XCT Oil – Weight Loss, Brain Protection, More Energy

MCT Oils vary in their compositions. More often than they are composed of one or multiple of the 4 different acids – Caproic Acid (abbreviated as C6), Caprylic Acid (C8), Capric Acid (C10), and Lauric Acid (C12).

All of these provide benefits both individually and in conjunction with each other [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

On that same note though, in this article, we’ll only be looking at the potential benefits of Caprylic Acid and Capric Acid as both of these are the ones that Bulletproof XCT Oil supplements contain. (For insights on other acids, check in with other articles on MCT Oils.)

That said, Caprylic Acid (C8) is known to be good for improving skin health and mouth health, battling acne, lowering cholesterol levels, combating inflammatory digestive disorders, avoiding the possibility of antibiotic resistance, as well as protecting brain function [R, R, R, R, R, R].

On top of all that, this acid is also great for all kinds of antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory benefits [R, R, R, R, R, R].

As for the Capric Acid (C10), it’s solid on improving energy levels, also displaying remarkable antiviral and antimicrobial properties, promoting weight loss and digestive health, as well as benefiting cholesterol levels and having other impactful benefits in conjunction with other MCT Oil acids [R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

Thus, to sum it up, as far as the claims go – seems pretty accurate. Moreover, in actuality, you’ll also likely encounter some additional benefits out of the XCT Oil supplements that the manufacturer does not emphasize.

Additives – They Go Completely Without

Additives are very common ingredients among many supplements. This is also why many refer to them as ‘the other ingredients’ (also known as excipients).

While 99% of all supplements do contain some type of additives, MCT Oil supplements have proven time and time again that they can do without.

In that sense, also the Bulletproof XCT supplements (and also most of the other MCTs of Bulletproof) have no additives added to them.

That said though, it was not easy to find and verify this. The description pages seemingly provide no insight on that.

Thus, some people may feel frustrated as the original source does nothing to clarify. And I do find it as somewhat of a flaw to those pages.

Which, by the way, could be easily remedied just by adding one additional sentence.

Maybe they’ll take care of it in the future.

Success Rate – A Lot Of Data To Pull From

Bulletproof XCT Oil supplements are of the bread that is very abundantly reviewed.

In fact, a fully comprehensive in-depth research that involves all customer reviews I could possibly find across the internet reveals that not only are they abundantly reviewed but also they are very well perceived.

To be more, exact this research I conducted suggested that Bulletproof XCT Oil supplements enjoy a solid success rate of 93%, or in other words, for every 100 people who buy them, 93 are very happy about the purchase.

Thus, given that Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil supplements averagely enjoyed a 90% success rate, Bulletproof MCT Oil supplements, in general, are of a very solid, success-oriented brand.

Moreover, it must be noted that generally, people tend to report negative experiences way more often than positive ones. Thus, there’s every reason to believe that these success rates, in reality, are even higher.

Taking that into account, I firmly believe that these XCT Oil supplements probably are of success rates that exceed 95%.

Which is bonkers if you think about it. Because it means that at least 19 out of every 20 people like the products and they feel that those are making a positive difference for them.

Cheers To That Improved Performance!

Overall, there is absolutely nothing to not love about the Bulletproof XCT Oil (this, of course, is relevant also to all other MCT Oil supplements of Bulletproof that have not been discussed in this review but are available in another review).

The XCT supplements offer solid amounts of MCT Oil that is comprised of pure Caprylic Acid (C8) and Capric Acid (C10), that is sourced from 100% coconut oil, that has zero additives, and that has amazingly high success rates.

Overall, these are just absolutely extraordinary supplements.

Do you still remember the likely occurring positive stuffimproved energy levels, skin health, mouth health, cholesterol levels, weight loss, protection of brain function, as well as an abundance of immunity improving benefits?
