The closest thing that comes to a claim is they mentioning that numerous studies suggest that substituting MCT oil for other fats in a healthy diet may help to support healthy weight and body composition.
The Now Sports (Now Foods) MCT Oil is said to be Pure, Unflavored, and Thermogenic (tending to produce heat, thus, to boost your metabolism and increase fat burning).
It’s also said to be Soy-Free, Non-GMO, made without Gluten, Corn-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Hexane-Free, Keto Friendly, Kosher, and most importantly vegan and vegetarian compatible.
In truth, it’s all you’d ever want from a supplement. But does the actual supplement of Now Sports MCT Oil really deliver?
MCT Oil Has A Number Of Great Benefits
The short answer is – HELL, YEAH, it delivers (with a solid emphasis on “hell, yeah”, no screaming though).
The Now Sports MCT Oil truly is all about MCT Oil (it does not contain any other beneficial substances).
A tablespoon or approximately 15 mL of the supplement offers 14 grams of Medium-Chain Triglycerides of Coconut and Palm Kernel Oil.
It must be said that MCT is incredibly beneficial to consume as it has quite a number of benefits associated with it.
Not only can it help you with weight management and weight loss through increasing fullness, burning more calories, and promoting ketosis. But it can also do a solid number of other incredible stuff [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].
On that same note though, too much of it surely can be of slight detriment. The signs of having a bit too much can potentially come in forms of upset stomach or diarrhea. Also, nausea and vomiting are possible. Either way, generally it should not cause any trouble [R, R, R].
One way how to make sure this is the case would be not to take this supplement on an empty stomach. It’s best to take with food.
Here’s The Best Part – Not A Single Additive
Additives is something that 99% of supplements can’t do without. This is because they are extremely necessary for the making of most dosage forms. Thus, in truth, they’re not all bad but quite beneficial as without them there would be a very limited amount of supplements.
That being said, not all additives are harmless or even okay for long-term consumption. This despite the established authorities supposedly not approving harmful ones. But take for example the High-Fructose Corn Syrup. It’s one of the most devastating substances there is.

In this regard, it’s worth noting that people are generally more eager to leave a negative review than a positive one. Thus, the actual success rate of the Now Sports MCT Oil might even higher, and thus, well above 95%.
Which is absolutely incredible. Just Bonkers. It leaves very little to no room for any doubts as regards to whether or not you should get the supplement.
There are still, however, few people who do not get the wanted benefit. So, why’s that?
Well, the reasons could be many, definitely way, way more than I can cover here.
