Sourcing | Phosphoric Acid (E338) (which is something that is created from one of two sources. It’s either Elemental Phosphorus or it’s Phosphate Rock). |
Manufacturing | The sourcing ingredient is reacted with Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, or Magnesium Carbonate. The outcome of that gets purified and dried. Conditions such as temperature, the concentration of the substances before the reaction, and reaction time during the process of combining them determine which form of Magnesium Phosphate will be created. |

Namely, in the cases of excessive use, it can lead to diarrhea, stomach upset, kidney damage, and electrolyte imbalances (mess with the absorption of minerals like Calcium, Potassium, and Sodium). |
