In essence, here you’ll have the possibility to request a review on any supplement in existence. Anything you’d like to know more of, anything you assume is good, but would like to get more details of.
There are no limits to this. Absolutely any supplement that is of your interest or has been on your mind, I’ll be happy to, to the very least, provide all of the key information and analysis on.
My only ask to you is to leave a comment below this post and share the three things below.
What Is The Supplement That You Want The Review On?
Here try to be as specific as possible – add its full name, drop a link to Amazon, or any other major online reseller. Make sure that I can exactly pinpoint the supplement that you want the review on.
Many times there are seemingly very similar supplements that do, however, have some significantly diverse additives (classically, it’s the case when comparing tablet version and capsule version).
Other times you can also find differences between essentially the same supplements, but one is of 60 capsules while the other 120 capsules.
And there can be other seemingly insignificant variations of the supplement that although are small, yet change everything. So, just be aware of this. And let me know.
Here’s the second one.
Where Are You From?
In regards to this one, I don’t want your specific address or anything. All I’d like is that you give us a general idea of where you’re from. Because I would love to learn more about the specific audience most involved with our mission.
You can give your residing city or country, or both. If you’re okay with doing that, I’d highly appreciate it. But do what feels most appropriate to you at this time.
Meaning, if you’re uncomfortable with just that, feel free to just name your residing continent. And I’ll take it as well. :)
And here’s the last one.
Why You’re After A Review On This Specific Supplement?
Everything will work here. Just be honest.
My father uses this, I’d like to know more; my spouse bought this for me yesterday; I have been thinking about buying it; I’d like to give this to someone for his/her birthday; I’ve heard it’s good, but I’d like to know more in-depth about it; I got this for free at a local store; I’ve been taking this for years now, I’d like to know if it’s actually good for me; and so on.
There are no ridiculous or foolish reasons. Make up a name for yourself if that puts you more at ease (which feel free to do anyway if that’s more appropriate for you).
You are also extremely welcome to share a story of yours on why you’d like a certain supplement review if you feel like it. All are truly welcome, the more involved you’ll be with the why – the more involved I’ll be.
The only other thing is that since my time is not unlimited, I will be prioritizing and typically creating full in-depth reviews that have search volume. Which essentially just means that I will be focusing on those supplements that other people are seeking extended information on, too.
As for all the rest, generally (but exceptions can happen), I will do my best to cover just the most important, deciding, key aspects with my answer to the comment. And another thing I can absolutely promise is that I will get back to 100% of the comments left.
So, which supplement would you like to get a review on and why?
Hi
What are your thoughts on the Codeage Multi collagen peptides powder platinum and the Codeage hair vitamins?
What is the best supplement to support skin, hair, anti-aging, joints, and bones?
Any review about DHC vitamins, its a brand from Japan
Hi Matiss, I am taking Mushroom Wisdom Maitake D-Fraction Pro capsules. Below I’ve listed “other ingredients “. Can you give me your opinion on them. Should I look for another supplement. You have helped me so much in the past. I value your opinion. Thank you.
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Calcium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin
My mother’s quality of life has been nearly destroyed by her prescription of Eliquis, a blood thinner. It took only a couple of months to change from a elderly woman who could use my Eliptical for 15 minutes at a time to a brainless dishrag. I would like to get her off this and start using a turmeric supplement. She also has chronic back pain from two falls she had a few years ago. I have read that turmeric is a good choice as an anticoagulant and antiplatelet.
I would like to request a review on Doterra MetaPWR Advantage collagen — https://www.doterra.com/US/en/p/metapwr-advantage
How would you compare it to other collagen types? It is new to the market since fall 2022. There are a lot of promises – and I am not able to determine how the different collage types (I, II, III, etc) benefit one over another.
Thanks.
Hi Matiss
Sorry if i am asking this too soon, but i was wondering if you have an idea of your top pick for mens vegan multivitamin 2023?
I was also wondering if you have any top picks you could give me for best vegan omega 3 oil, and probiotics, and also prebiotics? And if there are any other vegan friendly supplments you think are worth taking.
Basiaclly, i’m just wondering what your current best supplments choice list would be for a vegan for everythinf (lol), so if you were a vegan what would you personally take?
Thanks
Tom
Hi Matiss
I don’t have any specific supplements for you to review, but i was wondering if you could tell me what you think the best mens vegan multivitamin would be, and the best vegan omega 3 oil supplement, and probiotics?
Thanks
Ton
Hi Matiss, I’m Alex from Tennessee, I have friends that consume Usana Healthpak, but for $133, seems pretty expensive. Can you research for additives that it may contain, and possibly write a review.

I am so glad I came across your site before heading into the world of collegian. I have had a skin condition that the NHS (England) couldn’t help me with so I took my health into my own hands. My skin looked as if I had been punched all over, by someone with small hands. No raised skin, breaks or rashes and deep down I personally didn’t think it was my skin, rather my gut/immune system.
I went to a detox/health retreat four times, over a period of a year which was amazing. I learnt a lot about gut health, I eat well and do intermittent fasting and now on 20/4, have broth daily and a few months ago started looking into plant based vitamins and supplements from Wild Nutrition. Someone recommended me to the company and it all sounds great, so I have been using various products for about two months now. Too early to say if it’s made any difference to my energy etc (I have had Hashimoto’s for 32 years, I’m 62 years young now) but I would love your thoughts about plant based supplements.
Kind regards, Donna
P.s. it took 16 months but my hard work paid off, not a blemish on my skin. ?
Hi Matiss! My dietician is recommending Besha Collagen Peptides. I would love to see your review. They are so informative and helpful! I am from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Hi,
Thank you so very much for your website, my husband is having shoulder surgery in 4 weeks and the surgeon’s office gave a list of vitamins (C, B complex, Zinc, ferrous sulphate, etc) including a multivitamin. I used your site to select a multivitamin. Thank you.
Will you please review “Athletic Greens”? I first heard about it on Hubermanlab.com
https://athleticgreens.com/ingredients/en
I am realizing that as we get into late 60s and 70s in age, we need additional nutrition, as our soils are so depleted.
I live in California, but was born overseas. Got interested in nutrition about 45 years ago.
Hey, Jacqueline!
I really love your name. :)
Let me just start out by saying that I hope the surgery goes insanely well. Fingers crossed.
Indeed, I too definitely do agree about the soil being depleted aspect.
Yeah, Athletic Greens does seem like a very popular product these days. To that end, I will absolutely have to do a full review of it. But till that happens, here’s it in a nutshell.
I think that it’s an absolutely top-notch product. They’ve got third-party testing and everything. Plus, the thing is very clean and contains basically no allergens, and it has got great additives. So, just based on that, it’s great.
But I definitely would recommend it more as a greens supplement than a multivitamin. It may have a multivitamin kind of vibe due to the fact that it lists all the primary vitamins and minerals, and stuff. But it is a genuinely weak one if we try to throw it against the best of the category. So, it only works as a greens option.
Now, it’s great. But it’s also pricey. Are there better options out there for the money? Likely. But the product itself is dope; no doubt about it.
Cheers,
Matiss
Hey Matiss,
I usually get your opinion BEFORE I decided to buy a product. But After a little research, I decided to just go ahead and ordered this product today. It’s called, “C60 Purple Power”. Based on testimonies it seems to work at the cellular level as a super antioxidant, among other things.
https://shopc60.com/collections/c60-purple-power
Looks like a well formulated and safe product:
Made in USA
Organic
Third Party Tested
99.99 solvent free
I am hoping it combats my back inflammation, but joint inflammation in general, along with other ailments. It’s relatively expensive but gonna try it. There are more reviews out there, other than the c60purplepower.com website. The founder is a scientist not a medical professional. My doctor, who is an ENT, says it did wonders for her.
Let me know what you think of its claims and potential(s). Thanks my friend. Looking forward to your honest opinion. And I know you will be honest. Your are trustworthy in my sight man.
Hey, Joe!
I am absolutely and utterly unfamiliar with this. But as far as that initial research goes, it looks absolutely dope. It’s such an interesting product. I will have to research more but I definitely do see it as something I could recommend for anti-inflammation.
Plus, third-party testing, being Organic, and not having terrible additives do help a lot. Definitely feel free to go for it. And if you get the chance, do let me know how it goes. I might just be the next one in line to try it.
And as always, the kind words I do genuinely appreciate. :)
Cheers,
Matiss
I absolutely love your website and so appreciate all the time you took to provide this valuable info. We are from Arizona and I stumbled across your site while researching health options for my 8 year old son. He was born with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, which causes a high chance for cancerous tumors. We have been using a healthy diet but also looking to find the best children’s vitamins without all the additives. Any chance you already have done an article on children’s vitamins (which I tried to find) or plan on doing one in the future? We are currently using Garden of Life but I heard they were bought out by nestle so looking into a new brand. I’d love to know if you have a top few you would recommend. Or any other supplements you would recommend to help a child in his situation. Thank you in advanced :)
Hello Matiss,
Thank you so much for creating this website and dedicating your time and knowledge to writing these reviews and articles. I have read several of your articles and I have learned so much about caring for my body long-term. I look forward to learning more as time permits. I have also tried many of your recommendations for both vitamins and collagen, and most are great, but I can’t seem to handle unflavored collagen. I’m currently trying LiveWell and no matter what I mix it with, I always taste it.
I am from Southern California, USA and I would like to know your thoughts about ISOPURE® COLLAGEN. http://www.theisopurecompany.com/product/isopurecollagen.html
I have tried this product as well as their ISOPURE INFUSIONS™ protien. I really enjoyed the much different flavor and texture of this protein which is unlike any other I have found. I had the same result with their collagen. Both mix well, and they are flavored but not overly sweet and I have not yet found others like them.
Please let me know what you think based on your extensive knowledge of collagen products. I’m highly open to other suggestions as well. Thank you so much in advance and again for sharing your knowledge about supplements.
Hi Matiss!
Do you still plan to get to this review eventually?
Dear Matiss,
I have been taking Curcuwin 500 on your advice for a while now, but I was wondering what you thought about Advanced Bionutritionals, Curcumitol-Q that contains Curcumin I, II, and III? It’s pricey, but what do you think about the importance of Curcumin III?
Thanks.
Rava Graves

Hey, Rava!
I wrote the name of it down. I will be doing a full-on review of it. You can expect that by the end of next week at the latest. :)
Other than that, some initial thoughts. How I understand it at the moment, Curcumin III is just Bisdemethoxycurcumin (it’s like an alternate name). Whereas Bisdemethoxycurcumin isn’t that rare with Curcumin supplements. I mean, anything that uses Curcumin C3 Complex will definitely have it. Any Longvida-containing formulation is also likely to have that since it has shown memory enhancements. And I bet a whole bunch of other products and formulations have it.
As for the importance of it, I think that it’s definitely important. But is it rare and can only be found with Advanced Bionutritionals Curcumitol-Q? No, likely not (unless I’m missing something and Curcumin III isn’t just Bisdemethoxycurcumin but that I will get straight when posting the full article).
Cheers,
Matiss

Hi Matiss,
I have a 11 month old grandson and he recently started going to a day school. Being exposed to going out early mornings, winter weather and exposure to more children at the day school, he is just constantly getting sick.
We live in South Africa.
I would really appreciate your help so much in recommending an immune booster that will make it easier to for him to adapt to the change
Hey, Karen!
Personally, I think that it’s way too early for immune boosters in a typical sense when it comes to that age. I mean, I probably wouldn’t propose anything beyond just regular vitamins to help him combat this. Meaning, as far as supplements go, the best you can do is make sure that he has enough vitamin D in his system. You could also offer some C vitamin probably in the form of a liquid or powder. But beyond that, I think that it’s too early. In other words, I certainly wouldn’t if it was my grandson.
Other than that, there are two other aspects that you can consider.
Generally speaking, and this is something the preschool teachers for my kids have observed as well, any kid having a decent, healthy, diverse diet typically gets sick a lot less. Meaning, more fruits and vegetables while a lot less processed foods and candies that have glucose or fructose syrups as part of their ingredient makeup in the diet can really go a long way.
The other thing is just that there are plenty of different coronaviruses that are basically different versions of colds with running noses and everything. And some studies have been done that by the age of about 11-13, kids have been exposed generally to enough different ones to simply not get bothered by them anymore.
As far as vitamin D goes, I would recommend something like this or this. Whereas for vitamin C, I would pick this one (despite it being Garden of Life).
I hope this helps, Karen! :)
Cheers,
Matiss
Can you review this new Organic Vitamin by Truvani?
Jason from Boston, MA
I am from Germany. I would love a review on the GUM Periobalance probiotics supplement.
In your opinion, is it effective in combating oral gut flora imbalance as claimed?
Hey, Basil!
I had a look at the thing. But I won’t be creating a full review for now since it doesn’t have any meaningful global search. On that note, here are some key insights.
So, I wasn’t really able to easily find its active ingredients. I mean, first, it’s just odd that they offer full transparency on their website. And then, even on Amazon, there were no full ingredient list. Hence, I can’t really comment on that. But if you can offer me a link where those can be found, please do. And then, I can comment on it fully, in a sense.
Still, I don’t thing that they matter too much. Because the additives that this has are just beyond bad. I mean, it has Hydrogenated Palm Oil and Sucralose.
The former is basically trans fat, thus one of the most harmful substances to consume. Whereas the latter is an artificial sweetener that can not only make us fat but also cause cancer, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and a wide range of other problems.
It just never makes sense to have anything like that in a supplement, let alone a Probiotic.
On top of that, as far as I can tell, it doesn’t offer any protection for the Probiotics versus stomach acid. Hence, a good portion of them will die off. Namely, less to be had than if they were properly protected.
And then, it doesn’t seem to affirm that any in-house or third-party testing is being done.
Thus, I would just give this one a pass.
Cheers,
Matiss
