Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic Review – All 24 Assessed

The goal with this Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic review is to be the most resourceful piece of information on this particular brand out there.

And, so, naturally, we’ll start with the promises they make and a little on the sales tactics they use. Then, we will look at the whole thing in two parts. First, it will be about the theoretical aspects. We’ll start off with the beneficial ingredients, then the additives. Second, it will be about the practical side of things. Here customer reviews and price considerations will be on the table.

Promises Are What We Expect, Humble Marketing Is What We Get

It’s really hard to exactly pinpoint how the manufacturer describes the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic brand. It’s because there are 24 different supplements on that line-up and they don’t really give an overarching definition of what these products are about. It’s something we can definitely gather from each individual product page but it’s not extremely apparent when we’re looking at the whole thing [R].

Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic ReviewWhile the exact claims for benefits at times differ, they all at the most basic level kind of revolve around these two. Support for digestive balance and immune health. Which is exactly what typically any Probiotic will promise. Stuff like Dr. Ohhira Probiotics (review) and 1MD Complete Probiotics Platinum (review) are just two more examples to illustrate that.

Overall, I really like their description pages. They feel very straight to the point and laconic. Definitely not overwhelming or just annoyingly long. And then, of course, the marketing side of things. Their pages don’t really dig in on that too much. But the website does offer a few. And it feels more towards just our benefit than to be of help when selling.

For example, they tend to not put emphasis on their money-back guarantee, despite offering a 60-day one. And they feel quite subtle about offering free shipping and 10% discount if we subscribe to their service. What I specifically like about this is that we don’t have to get one every month for this to in effect. We have the option to alter that to 8 weeks, 3 months, or even 6 months [R, R].

We also get a customer reviews section which doesn’t feel unnaturally positive. But more on that later. And the fact that the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic supplements are commonly Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, and Dairy-Free, and most of the time Non-GMO Project Verified, all adds to the promise of being quality ones [R].

But are they really worth our time (and money)?

Digesting & Going Through Each And Every One Of The 24

Given that there are so many different ones (a total of 24), I think it’s best if we look at each of them individually. It will be less confusing and that way you can start with the one that’s most on your mind.

Thus, in the sections to follow, we’ll discuss the beneficial ingredients, additives, and success rates for each of these Ultimate Flora Probiotic products of Renew Life. And we’ll do it in alphabetical order.

It might take me some time to add a description for each and every one. But we’ll get there.

As for things definitely in common, the quality is the same for each. As far as I can tell, it looks pretty decent. That said, they’re not exactly doing the highest standard (third-party testing). But in-house testing is something they subscribe to. And as mentioned earlier, most do have that Non-GMO certification. Which is more than what most Probiotics out there do. For example, brands like Phillips’ Colon Health (review) or Activated You Morning Complete (review) don’t offer that.

Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic Review (25 Billion)

Overall, the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic (25 billion) is a very decent looking option for people over 50. That said, there’s nothing within this that would make it incompatible with the needs of younger people as well [R].

The product brings a total of 25 billion CFU of 12 different strains. It’s a mix between 14.5 billion CFU of Bifido Probiotic Blend and 10.5 billion CFU of Lacto Probiotic Blend per capsule. So, it’s a great total strain count and pretty awesome total CFU amounts that sit well with what the best practices prescribe. And thus, digestive balance and improved immune health it will be [RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR].

What I don’t quite like is that we’re only provided with the combined amounts of each strain. Which gives very little insight into the actual strain composition (how much of each there is). Because for all we know the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic may be favoring heavily one strain and somewhat forgetting about the others. Which is not ideal. Point is, we can’t know for sure [RRRRR].

As for the additives, this one uses Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose, Gellan Gum, and Medium Chain Triglycerides. Not only will these be the opposite of harmful, but also they can prove to be slightly beneficial. But the best part is that it’s a delayed-release capsule which essentially means that all of the Probiotics actually reach the gut (instead of fully or partially dying off in the stomach acid) [R, RRR, RRRR, R, R, R, R, R, RRRRRRRR].

As for the success rates, their customer review section doesn’t offer any insight. But looking at all the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic reviews I could find by other sellers and retails, it’s solid. Out of a total of 167, at least 91.0% were positive. Which I believe is a good indicator that this is actually helping.

As for the price, the official one over at their page is $16.98. For this, we get 30 capsules. So, per capsule that’s basically $0.57. Which means that per billion CFU this one costs $0.02264. So, very little be over 2 cents. Which is an average price. Not too much, not too little.

Overall, this Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic feels like a very shortlist-able borderline buy-able Probiotic.

Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic Review (30 Billion)

One would expect that Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic (30 billion) is a supplement very similar to the supplement we just discussed. Because basically, it has the same name. But despite that aspect, it’s actually quite a different supplement [R].

So, per capsule, this one offers a total of 30 billion CFU. That’s 18 billion CFU of four different Bifido strains and 12 billion CFU of Lacto strains. But the difference is beyond just the Bifido to Lacto ratio (here it’s 30:20, previously it was 29:21).

There’s a huge difference in the strains. Where the previous supplement used three different versions of Bifidobacterium lactis, the current one does no such thing. It uses four completely different ones as far as Bifido (lactis, bifidum, longum, breve). Additionally, with the Lacto strains it’s likely also a completely different emphasis.

To illustrate, with the 25 billion version of Adult 50+, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus are the three most prevalent strains in that blend. Whereas with the 30 billion version, there is more emphasis on Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei, and Lactobacillus casei (because manufacturs are required by law to list the ingredients in order of predominance starting with the heaviest) [R].

So, it’s definitely different. And that’s true also when it comes to the additives. This 30 billion version of Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic uses each and every of the inactive ingredients that the 25 billion version does, except Medium Chain Triglycerides. So, it’s all very safe. Plus, this is also delayed-release tech to be as effective as possible [R, RRR, RRRR, RRRRR].

As for the success rates, the product page does offer a few. All of them 4-star or 5-star. Which, I feel, is tiny bit too unnatural to include in our assessment. So, instead, I did all that I could find by other sellers and retailers. A total of 960 Renew Life Ultimate Flora reviews, I found. Here 895 were positive, but 65 were negative. In other words, a pretty remarkable success rate of 93.2%.

As for the price, it’s quite a bit more expensive than it name brother. This one goes by the official cost of $25.49 for a box of 30 capsules. Which means it’s basically $0.85 per capsule or 0.028322 per billion of CFU. So, almost 3 cents per billion. Which is also quite an average price.

Overall, the likely difference is worth to pay for. This 30 billion Adult 50+ Probiotic feels like a very decent option.

Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic Go-Pack Review (30 Billion)

Now, when we compare the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic Go-Pack to either of the previous two, this is not even remotely a similar supplement. It brings no Lacto Probiotics, and it uses different additives. But it does not require refrigeration where the previous two do. Which is likely what that Go-Pack idea is all about [R].

So, per capsule, the supplement of this section offers 30 billion CFU of Adult 50+ Probiotic Culture Blend. This is a blend that consists of two Bifidobacterium lactis, and one of each Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium infantis, and Bifidobacterium longum. So, only 6 different strains instead of 12.

Which is something I would not consider ideal. At least 10 is what we should strive for but the more the better. As for that total CFU count, that’s a great one. Right in the middle of the daily range according to the best practices [RRRRR].

As for the additives, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose, Water, and L-Leucine are of quality ones. Similarly, as with the other two Adult 50+ Probiotics, these too will likely be beyond harmless in a good way. And they ensure the delayed-release notion for the Probiotics to not die off going through the stomach acid [R, RRR, RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR].

As for the success rate, this one is considerably less reviewed when compared to its brothers (if Probiotics are guys, haha). I managed to find only 83 Go Pack reviews by other sellers and retailers. Here 74 were positive but 9 were negative. Which means it has the lower success rate of the three, only 89.2%. Which still is pretty decent.

As for the price, it costs the same as the original 30 billion version of Ultimate Flora Adult 50 Plus of Renew Life. Or in other words, it’s $25.49 per 30 capsules which is about $0.85 per capsule. Which is a little bit under 3 cents per billion ($0.028322).

Overall, I’d say this is shortlist-able. Not quite fan of it using just 6 strains.

Renew Life Ultimate Flora Colon Care Probiotic Review (80 Billion)

It’s actually funny. What this Renew Life Ultimate Flora Colon Care Probiotic implies is that if we 3x their Adult 50+ Probiotic (25 billion), we suddenly get a supplement dedicated to Colon Care. Yeah, this thing is almost exactly the same as that supplement. The only real difference, it offers 3 times the CFU amounts [R].

So, per capsule, we get 43.5 billion CFU of Bifido Probiotic Blend (4 strains) and 36.5 billion CFU of Lacto Probiotic Blend (8 strains). Each blend Probiotic strain composition is the exact same that we had with the 25 billion Adult 50+ Renew Life. Where it differs a bit is when it comes to the Bifido:Lacto ration. This time it’s 87:73.

To assess all that, the total strain count is awesome. Whereas the total CFU amounts are quite beyond that which the best practices describe as necessary. Hence, this might be an awesome short-term probiotic (1-2 months or maybe 3 kind of probiotic). And then either switch to something within that 40 billion range a day or give it a break. Because more than short-term with this real potent one can likely backfire. And we don’t want that [RRRRR].

As for the additives, it uses a composition of four we previously discussed by that senior version I mentioned a couple of times already here. Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose, Gellan Gum, and Medium Chain Triglycerides. All very safe, all likely to be slightly beneficial as well. But most awesome bit – delayed release capsule [R, RRR, RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR].

As for the success rate, their customer review section felt biased, again. Just unnaturally positive. But going out to all sellers and retailers painted a completely different picture. Out of the total of 273 Colon Care Probiotic reviews, 233 were positive and 40 were negative. This means that the success rate is about only 85.3%. Which is still okay but typically far from ideal.

As for the price, it’s quite a bit more costly than any of the previous options. But given the added CFU amounts, that’s expected, isn’t it? With the original price of $42.49 per 30 capsules, that’s about $1.42 per capsule and $0.017704 per billion CFU. Which is about 25% less than what we saw with that extremely similar Probiotic option (Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic).

Overall, I believe the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Colon Care Probiotic is quite a decent option (the shortlist-able type). Prefer it not if you’re looking for a long-term one. But it can provide a good kick of Probiotics if gut health is something you’ve been struggling with for some time or if you just feel overall that it’s not at its best.

Generally Speaking, I Would Categorize As A Shortlist-Able Brand

The Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic offers a wide range of different Probiotic supplements with a great variety of compositions and total CFU amounts. They’re pretty much tailored every way possible so that people could find something for themselves. Whatever your exact needs are.

But there is a danger there. Too many options. Many are very subtle in their changes and, thus, for most, the differences will go by unnoticed. That said, these subtle changes can account for very sizeable benefits for different people based on each individual’s exact microbiome. The problem is there is no way of predicting that (unless we’re perfectly aware of what that microbiome is comprised of).

Other than that, yes, most all of them are viable options, meaning, they don’t default to bad ingredient choices very often. But there are a couple of options that we should not embrace for the long-term or else it can backfire. At least that’s the way I see it.

Thus, personally, I would pick the Live Conscious Pro-45 (full review) over any of the supplements of this review any day of the week.

But if you happen to try any of these, let me know how it goes in the comments. And also, how do you feel about these in general? Are they something you would try?

Above all, I hope this Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic review helped you find the information you were looking for. See you in the next one.

  1. Hi,

I just can’t get enough of it! Cannot wait for the additions and updates to have all of the supplements covered. It’s been exciting for me to read through, especially because just yesterday I was writing and publishing about a related subject, Lactose Intolerance.

I am impressed by the following innovations in the field of probiotics:

    1. The delayed-release capsule. This will save so much expensive wastage!

    2. Brands like the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult 50+ Probiotic Go-Pack (30 Billion) which do not require refrigeration. Those of us who cannot leave their probiotics when e.g. traveling remotely, should find these very worthwhile.

And that I can only agree. I’m too pretty excited about those two characteristics possible.
