Gaia Turmeric Supreme Brand Review – Read Before Buying

Initial Thoughts  |  Ingredients & Benefits Of Each  |  Additives  |  Third-Party Tested & Satisfaction-Guarantee  |  Success Rates  |  Ranking  |  Few Final Ideas  |

In this Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand review, we’ll fully immerse ourselves into all 7 supplements of the brand and all of what they have to offer.

And in doing so, we will go over the claims made, potential benefits associated with the core ingredients. We’ll also cover additives and any potential dangers there (if any). And to top it all off we’ll look into the global success rates that any of the supplements enjoy (or don’t), as well as we’ll compare how they match up to other Turmeric Curcumin supplements out there.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Brand Review – The Claims & Initial Thoughts

When looking at the Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand, it’s not enough to just explore one single supplement. As noted earlier, there are 7 that need looking into. And there’s no other way in making this article as thorough as possible other than looking at all of them in detail [R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength Review

That said the Gaia product description pages are a very pleasant place to be.

They don’t bombard you with tons of claims. Neither do they overwhelm you with text.

Neither do they offer all kinds of somewhat ludicrous statements. Furthermore, they even don’t employ shady tactics just to convince you to buy their supplements (including, proposing a bunch of discounts if you buy more than one right off the bat like we have seen it with Vimerson Health Turmeric Curcumin or Research Verified Turmeric Curcumin).

No, as far as I can tell Gaia is not about that at all (which I respect a lot).

Instead, they try to make it all as straightforward, easy to understand, and informative as possible.

On the description pages, they provide highlights for any of the specific products, info on their delivery system, suggested use, supplement facts, background information while also linking to the more advanced info on contents.

They also are very straightforward and transparent about the additives (the other ingredients) they use, as well as what the supplements do not contain, furthermore, they provide information on the third-party tests that have been done on their supplements (and you can even view the actual certificates, which is definitely the way to go).

Exploring The Description Page

As for the claims regarding the Gaia Turmeric Supreme supplements go, they are very reserved. You’ll see very few claims throughout the pages, which is very unlike it is for many other supplements out there, like PureNature Turmeric Curcumin. Which are very broad and even invasive with their claims.

But Gaia Turmeric Supreme is none of that. They’re very laid back in that way. Which I have to say does exude at least a certain level of confidence. The idea that their supplements will still sale without the presence over the top claims. Just because of how good they are.

Above all that, they also offer a money-back guarantee if you’ve not into the product. Which is just another proof to their confidence in the Turmeric Supreme brand.

Overall, superficially definitely worthwhile supplements.

But let’s explore more that in detail.

There Are A Lot Of Different Benefit Tweaks With Gaia Supreme Turmeric

Of all the Gaia Supreme Turmeric supplements there is not one that is exactly like another. This applies both to the active ingredients and the amounts of those ingredients.

So, there’s a lot of tweaks and potentials to look at when considering the benefits.

Still, there is one thing that is in a sense common to all of the supplements.

And that is the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength.

My point being, it’s like the core for every other supplement in their lineup. It combines the two crucial ingredients – Turmeric and Black Pepper – that each and every other supplement of Gaia Supreme Turmeric brand then builds on.

So, to make it as unconfusing as possible, let’s look at the supplements individually, starting with the one that all else build on.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength Review – The Two Ingredients All Else Build On

The Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength is basically their flagship supplement of the entire brand.

It’s the choice you go for if all you care about is adding that Turmeric to your daily regimen and you’re not really interested in any of the potential additions.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength Ingredients (Supplement Facts)

So, this supplement offers 482 mg of Proprietary Turmeric Root Extract Blend, in which you get 36 mg of Curcumins, which is augmented by 7 mg of Black Pepper extract.

If you’ve happened to or will at any point examine its label carefully, you’ll see the name “supercritical” there. This name refers to the way in which the beneficial stuff in both of the extracts is being extracted. Which does seem to be advantageous when compared to 95% standardized Turmeric (even more so when compared to raw Turmeric) [R, R, R, R].

But how advantageous exactly? That we’ll explore in one of the later sections dedicated to success rates.

As to why they list the exact Curcumin amounts within that Proprietary blend is because it’s the most powerful Curcuminoid on the Planet. These are compounds that are primarily responsible for all the incredible benefits associated with Turmeric consumption [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

While the Gaia description of this one is very humble as far as listing the potential benefits goes, by no means, they’re limited only to supporting healthy inflammatory function. In truth, it’s kind of an overlapping feature that can manifest itself in various ways.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength Review

In essence, it translates to being potentially able to improve detoxification, liver health, protect against metal toxicity, aid digestion, lower the risk of heart disease and cancer, combat diabetes and obesity, improve immunity, ease depression, support the health of all organs involved in hormone production, plus help heal pain and Arthritis among other benefits [R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

Whereas the Black Pepper extract is not added to the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength for its antioxidant capability. Instead, it’s there to improve the effectiveness of that Curcumin and all its related benefits.

Whereas for anyone ever considering buying a supplement without this addition, it has to be said, you’ll be effectively wasting your money. Because Black Pepper (Piperine) is estimated to improve the absorbability of this spice 20 times [R, R, R, R, R, R].

So, either 20 times more Turmeric. Or just the addition of some Black Pepper (Piperine).

Well, as I mentioned earlier, this covers the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength and the foundation for every other member of the Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand.

Let’s get into others now.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Joint Review – All For Joint Health

I guess it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that Gaia Turmeric Supreme Joint is incredibly likely a supplement specifically designed to improve joint health and help you preserve that active lifestyle.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Joint Ingredients (Supplement Facts)

Apart from the Turmeric and Black Pepper extracts, this supplement adds 60 mg of Quercetin, 10 mg of Organic Ginger, and 894 mg of a proprietary blend that consists of Devil’s Claw root, Indian Frankincense gum resin extract, and some extra Organic Turmeric root.

Quercetin is not your typical compound that is purely focused on improving joint health. Instead, it’s something that is known to be very capable when it comes to battling any and all kinds of inflammation. Hence, not only will it likely benefit joint health but it will also fight allergies and pain, support heart health, protect skin and liver health, promote anti-aging and have anti-cancer properties, help with Arthritis, diabetes, and obesity, as well as have a wide range of other applications [R, R, R, R].

Ginger is a plant closely related (and also very similar looking) to Turmeric, one that is incredibly well-known for its beneficialness. And thus, it can relieve joint and muscle pain, promote digestion, inhibit cancer growth, help maintain healthy blood sugar levels, aid brain function and heart health, as well as assist in treating nausea, flu, colds, menstrual pains, diarrhea, asthma, stomach ulcers, and Arthritis related pain among other stuff [R, R, R, R, R, R].

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Joint ReviewThe third – Devil’s Claw – is a plant originally native to South Africa. While it offers a number of different potential benefits, arguably the most impactful of them all is that of fighting Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Other than that, it’s an incredible chronic inflammation-fighting plant that also works as a natural painkiller, it can help with back pain, digestion, weight loss, kidney health, and a number of other things [R, R, R, R, R].

Lastly, the Indian Frankincense, also known as Boswellia, is again something that potentially works incredibly well versus Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis. Apart from that though, it’s great for lowering inflammation, improving digestion and hormone balance, fighting cancer, autoimmune diseases, as well as viruses and infections [R, R, R, R, R]

Thus, all in all, I guess it’s safe to say that while Gaia Turmeric Supreme Joint is primarily about joint health, there’s a lot more you can potentially get out of it.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Heart Review – With Profound Emphasis On Heart Health

The next supplement in the lineup is the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Heart. Similarly, as it was with the Joint supplement, also this one while focuses on heart health, has much more to potentially offer than just that.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Heart Ingredients (Supplement Facts)

The supplement offers considerably less Turmeric and Black Pepper when comparing to the flagship Extra Strength version of the brand. It also provides half of the amount of both Quercetin and Ginger, when compared to in the previous section looked at the Joint version.

Here’s what it adds instead though. 30 mg of Japanese Knotweed root, 15 mg of Trans-Reveratrol, and 368 mg of a Proprietary Extract Blend, which consists of Organic Turmeric root, Hawthorn berry, and Coleus Forskohlii root.

Japanese Knotweed is a herb widely used in both Chinese and Japanese medicine. But it’s most known for being rich in Resveratrol contents and other similar contents, like Emodin, that exudes similar benefits to the former. In that, the plant is primarily known to be beneficial to heart health, cognition, and blood pressure (all of which are the effects of Resveratrol) [R, R, R, R, R].

But the incredible beneficialness of this polyphenic bioflavonoid does not stop there. It possesses powerful anti-aging and anti-cancer properties, diabetes, prediabetes, and obesity battling effects, it supports cellular, tissue, and digestive health, improves energy levels and endurance, protects against arterial damage and joint deterioration, as well as has a number of other benefits [R, R, R, R, R, R].

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Heart Review

The second of the listed – Hawthorn – is oftentimes also referred to as the heart herb. It has berries that somewhat resemble cherries and are incredibly beneficial in their positive effects on well-being. In that, while arguably the biggest positive impact they do is on heart health, they’re also beneficial in reducing blood pressure and bad cholesterol levels, battling chest pain and having a profoundly positive impact on combating inflammation among other benefits [R, R, R, R].

Whereas the third – Coleus Forskohlii – has many names (also goes by just Coleus or Forskohlii). It is a plant for centuries used to treat various heart disorders. It’s beneficial for high blood pressure, chest pain, dry eye, allergies, skin health (like eczema), obesity, blood clots, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, urinary tract infections, convulsions, and others. Additionally, the herb can also at least to an extent help with weight loss [R, R, R, R, R, R].

So, as I mentioned already – Gaia Turmeric Supreme Heart comprises within itself a number of great benefits while putting most emphasis on heart health.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Sinus Support Review – With Emphasis On Releasing Allergies

The 4th supplement in the Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand lineup is the Sinus Support one (previously named “Allergy”). Again, Gaia as a manufacturer in this regard is not particularly original (and why would they be) with the names they give to their supplements.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Sinus Support Ingredients (Supplements Facts)

So, consequently, this one is all about providing that extra kick when battling sinus-related ailments and allergies.

How does it differ from any of the previous 3 supplements?

Well, it builds on the same foundation that other Gaia Turmeric products do. There’s the turmeric with a guaranteed curcumin amount (considerably more than in supplements before it), there are the Black Pepper and Organic Ginger (same amounts as in Heart variation), as well as Quercetin (greater amounts than in any of the previous).

But the truly unique part of it resides within that 876 mg of the Proprietary Extract Blend, which consists of an unidentified amount of Organic Turmeric root, Organic Stinging Nettle Leaf, Organic Feverfew aerial parts, and Goldenseal root.

So, what potential benefits are we looking at through this blend then?

The Organic Stinging Nettle is a herb known to be highly beneficial for hundreds, even thousands of years. At its very core, it’s arguably the most powerful allergy relieving anything out there due to the inflammation-reducing biologically active compounds within it. And through this there are many other benefits as well, like helping with arthritis, diabetes, detoxification [R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Sinus Support Review

Organic Feverfew, also known as the medieval aspirin, is a plant that in the past was primarily used when battling a fever. Other than that, it’s an amazing antioxidant with inflammatory properties that are said to be beneficial when combating migraines, cancer, blood clots, Rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, and even drug intoxication among other positive effects [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

Lastly, the Goldenseal gets most of its benefits from a compound within it called Berberine. This Berberine has not only been proven to possess anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antibiotic, and antimicrobial properties but it is also capable in improving digestion, promoting immune system’s function, combating allergies, boosting heart health, lowering blood glucose levels, as well as potentially bringing about other positive effects [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R]

So, generally speaking, a proper mix of powerful herbs to help you battle any of those allergies and get rid of sinus-related ailments.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain Review – Nice For Pain But Can Have Some Negatives As Well

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain supplement is much like that of the previously looked at Joint version.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain Ingredients (Supplement Facts)

It offers the exact same amount of Turmeric and Curcumin, as well as Black Pepper and Organic Ginger. And there are other shared ingredients like Devil’s Claw within the Proprietary blend but it does definitely have a different feel to it.

So, apart of all the already mentioned, you get 100 mg of Rosemary and 875 mg of a Proprietary Extract Blend that combines the likes of Organic Turmeric root, Wild Lettuce aerial parts, Jamaican Dogwood bark, and Organic Feverfew aerial parts (plus, the Devil’s Claw root).

The Feverfew and the Devil’s Claw we already did discuss. So, we won’t do that again (click on either of the two to take you to the relevant section).

Rosemary is one of the spices with the highest antioxidant capabilities out there and is one that has been used by people since the ancient Greeks. It can reduce pain, improve alertness and memory function, fight a huge range of cancers, protect gut, brain, liver, lung, and skin health, limit weight gain, battle asthma, arthritis, and blood clots, improve mood, reduce cough and spasms, as well as it possesses great anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-ulcer, and anti-microbial properties [R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

Whereas when it comes to Wild Lettuce, in truth, it’s a tricky plant. In theory, it can be incredibly beneficial helping relieve pain, combating migraines and headaches, helping preserve respiratory health, as well as it’s said to be solid for insomnia, restlessness, arthritis, anxiety, urinary infections, and even cancer among other conditions [R, R, R, R].

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain Review

All that said, for some, it may just cause trouble. It’s said to potentially cause dizziness, sweating, auditory hallucinations, breathing issues, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light, as well as other side-effects are possible. So, just be aware of that, and if any of those happen, be sure to call quit’s [R].

As for Jamaican Dogwood, it’s a plant also known to be a potent pain killer (nerve pain, migraines, headaches, menstrual cramps, etc.). Apart from that, it’s said to be used for battling anxiety, sleep problems, fear, stress, and tension among others. And on top of all that, it promotes healthy inflammatory response [R, R, R, R, R, R, R]

That said, it is, however, similar to Wild Lettuce in the sense that it can potentially bring about some negatives as well. It’s a powerful sedative, meaning, it can calm you to the point of causing sleepiness. Additionally, some sources list that for some people, it can cause side-effects like nausea, gastric distress, and depression (though they do not specify in what capacity) [R, RR].

Overall, I feel there’s definitely more to gain from Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain than to lose. But be aware of those negatives in case any of them come into fruition. And if they do, I think you’re best to switch it up then what regards your choice of Gaia Turmeric Supreme supplements.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain P.M. Review – Relieving Pain While Also Promoting Sleep

In essence, Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain P.M. is the more powerful alteration of the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain. It uses all the same ingredients that the simple pain version uses (except for Rosemary), plus more. Furthermore, there’s also significantly more Turmeric and Curcumins and slightly more Black Pepper and Organic Ginger that it offers.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain P.M. Ingredients (Supplement Facts)

So, what is the exact composition of this one?

Well, as you can already tell, it builds on Turmeric and Curcumin coupled with Black Pepper and Organic Ginger. To that, it adds 1371 mg of a Proprietary Extract Blend that consists of Organic Valerian root, Kava root, Organic Turmeric root, Wild Lettuce aerial parts, Jamaican Dogwood bark, and Organic Feverfew.

Of all these ingredients, there are only two that we haven’t discussed yet when looking at the other supplements from the Turmeric Supreme brand (click on any of those already looked at to take you to the relevant section).

Here’s those two.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain P.M. Review

Valerian root essentially is a sleep-aiding herb and has been used for that specific function for almost 2000 years. Other than that, it can help ease anxiety and relieve stress, as well as improve heart health and digestive health, lower blood pressure and aid against menstrual cramps. And it does have other potential benefits too [RRR, RR].

Whereas Kava (called also Kava Kava) is a plant used for centuries in Pacific cultures to promote relaxation. Nowadays studies though have shown that it’s potential benefits reach far beyond just that. It’s proven to reduce pain, anxiety, and stress, protect neurons from damage, fight cancer, improve sleep quality, assist the immune system’s function, as well as have other benefits [R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

Thus, as far as I can tell, overall the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Pain P.M. is essentially targeting pain release while also offering a few herbs that can help improve sleep and getting in a relaxed state before it.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Immune A.S.A.P. Review – A Massive Immune System’s Function Boost

Although Gaia Turmeric Supreme Immune A.S.A.P. does feel like a completely different supplement (visually also looks very unlike others of the Turmeric Supreme brand). It’s not that much of another breed.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Immune A.S.A.P. Ingredients (Supplement Facts)

The supplement in of itself builds on 32 mg of Turmeric root extract (of which 30 mg are Curcumins) and 10 mg for each Black Pepper extract and Ginger root extract. Exactly like the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Joint and Pain supplements.

But what does it have on top of these three contents?

Well, Immune A.S.A.P. is quite unique in the way that it features two blend extracts instead of one. In that regard, goes with the Echinacea Extract blend and a Proprietary Extract Blend specific to this particular supplement.

Echinacea Extract blend consists of two various roots – one goes by the name of Echinacea Purpurea whereas the other is known as Echinacea Angustifolia. Plus, on the label, they specify that the blend contains at least 10 mg of Alkylamides.

So, what does that mean?

It means that through this blend we’re looking at potential benefits like boosting immune system’s function, reducing inflammation, battling common cold, fighting off infections, inhibiting cancer growth, helping against anxiety and depression, relieving pain, aiding with skin problems, as well as others (but it can have side effects too) [R, R, RR, R, R, R, R].

Whereas when we’re looking at what the Proprietary Extract Blend offers, it mixes Turmeric root, Vervain aerial parts, Andrographis leaf extract, and Black Elderberry berry extract.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Immune A.S.A.P. Review

Of these, the Vervain can improve gum and heart health, reduce pain, relieve depression, fight conditions like chronic bronchitis, chest congestion, colds, sore throat, and respiratory inflammation. Plus, it possesses potent anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antibacterial, and anti-parasitic properties [R, R, R, R].

In that regard, Andrographis is very similar. It is known to also possess powerful anti-bacterial, antifungal, anti-parasitic, anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, and antiviral properties. But on top of that, it can additionally help fight the common cold, upper allergies, respiratory infections, hyperglycemia, ulcers, and skin aging, aid with rheumatoid arthritis, promote brain, liver and blood health among other benefits [R, R, R, R].

Lastly, when it comes to the Black Elderberry, it can help with cold and flu symptoms, improve immune system’s function, heart health, and digestive health, aid with diabetes and weight loss, fight urinary tract infections, as well as promote skin, hair, brain, and bone health among other benefits. Plus, it possesses anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, and antidepressant properties. But to add to that, it’s also incredibly nutritious [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

So, I guess it goes without saying that this particular Proprietary Extract Blend is truly about helping you battle and fight your way through any kind of ailment.

Hence, the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Immune A.S.A.P. through those two blends is beyond likely to be a very great choice for exactly that.

All Of The Supplements Share The Exact Same Harmless Additives

The truth is that many supplements and supplement brands only look good as far as additives are not considered. This is also why many supplement reviews out there don’t discuss additives at all. Otherwise, it’s hard to sell what is not truly good.

Some may try to make you believe that these other ingredients added to supplements don’t matter (because there’s so little amount of those or some other superficial BS). But the inconvenient truth is that absolutely everything matters that you’re putting into your body.

Water Is One Of The Additives Used In All Of The Supplements

Which does include additives as well. Hence, we should always do some research before buying that new supplement.

When it comes to the Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand, all of the supplements use the exact same additives (except for the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Immune A.S.A.P.).

Sunflower Lecithin, Vegetable Glycerin, Water, Hypromellose, and Chlorophyll all are harmless and fine to use daily. Moreover, almost all of them are beyond just harmless, they’re beneficial.

Hence, amazing additives.

As for that one exception, it uses the same 5 already mentioned plus an extra one. The extra one, which is Organic Olive Oil. Which, to be honest, is one of the best additives you can ever have for any supplement (due to just how stupidly beneficial it is) [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].

So, to sum it all up, when considering the Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand, there isn’t one questionable additive in your path. Which is one of the marks of a truly great brand.

Yet this isn’t the only mark. Here’s another.

Gaia Turmeric Supreme Brand Is Third-Party Tested & Satisfaction Guaranteed

Gaia is one of the very few supplement manufacturers out there that for sure takes extreme measures when it comes to ensuring product quality.

Every single supplement of the Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand has been third-party tested to ensure purity, potency, and what they refer to as integrity. Meaning, what they write on the labels is exactly what you’re getting, in exactly the amounts (no less), and without harmful levels of admixtures (aka pure).

Third-Party Tests Are Fully Available For Anyone To See

What’s more, you have these test results (of the third-party inspection) completely at your disposal and accessible on their website. Which is not something common at all [R, R, R].

I mean, other brands and manufacturers either don’t embrace third-party testing at all, like Spring ValleyNature’s Nutrition or New Chapter, or they say they do but, as far as I can tell, they don’t, like PureNature. Whereas others while do embrace it, they don’t exactly disclose the certificates themselves, like Nature’s TruthNature’s Way or NatureWise.

Still, third-party testing is incredibly important.

Here a vital aspect to understand is that only third-party testing can truly ensure that any given supplement doesn’t contain harmful/high levels of admixtures. Admixtures that ultimately can incredibly mess up your health even when you’re supposedly (judging by the label alone) using an amazing supplement.

They’re way less common to cause serious issues than it is in the case with Fish Oils. But given that herbal supplements tend to fully be comprised off of herbs, the chance is still high.

This is not to say that you shouldn’t ever use a supplement that hasn’t been third-party tested. The ultimate factor is not whether they have been third-party tested or not, but rather what are the manufacturing practices like. That’s the most important aspect.

The Brand Also Persists On 100 Percent Satisfaction Guarantee

Third-party testing is just the best way how to tell for sure that proper manufacturing practices are in place. And hence, that the supplement won’t bring about any unanticipated toxicity.

Which with all 7 of the Gaia Turmeric Supreme supplements is precisely the case (they are third-party tested).

Moreover, Gaia also offers a money-back guarantee if for any reason you didn’t like the supplement. Which in essence only further emphasizes their confidence in the fact that they can truly help you improve your health and well-being through the products that they offer.

A company profoundly focused on making sure that their supplements do deliver (instead of what I feel most practice – trying to make a buck).

Thus, it kinda goes without saying – you really can’t lose with betting your money on the Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand.

Success Rates Are Very Solid And Rival Their Competitors Easily

And here’s another aspect that proves that same point.

The Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand absolutely delivers results as revealed by the comprehensive look taken at every single real customer review that I could find online for every single supplement of the brand.

I mean, not only are they pure and potent but they are also very, very well-received enjoying remarkably high global success rates.

In this regard, Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength is hitting well above 94%, the Joint version nailing exactly 93%, the Sinus Support (Allergy) scoring around 95% but the Pain version and its more potent alternative of Pain P. M. sitting at 95% and 94%, respectively.

Whereas when considering the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Heart and the Immune A.S.A.P. version of the brand, one can’t say for sure yet. Based on the reviews that currently are available (though the number of those is scarce) the supplements might be enjoying about 93% (for the Heart version) and 95% (for its Turmeric Supreme counterpart).

That said it’s still worth noting that the actual global success rates are likely to be even higher than the ones mentioned because people generally are more inclined to report negative experiences than positive ones.

Hence, truly and remarkably well-received brand that’s overall success rated at above 94% globally.

But let’s get down to the fascinating question in this regard – how do all of them stack against other Turmeric Curcumin supplements on the market?

In a few words… Definitely not bad.

The reality is that they outrank most of the highly viable brands in terms of their global success rates.

For example, the brand on average scores better than Youtheory Turmeric, which sits at above 93% global success rate. They are also on average better than the Life Extension Super Bio-Curcumin, which also is hanging out at above 93% global success rate. And every single one of them is higher rated than the vegan certified, 89%-global-success-rated Nutrigold Turmeric Curcumin Gold.

Thus, overall, not bad for a brand that also ensures third-party testing and offers a money-back guarantee.

Not bad at all.

Where Does This Turmeric Curcumin Rank (In 2022)?

NutriCology CurcuWIN Now Foods CurcuBrain NutriGold Turmeric Curcumin Gold

Natrol Extra Strength Turmeric NatureWise Curcumin Me First Living Turmeric Curcumin

Overall A Marvelous Brand. But How To Choose The One For You? Best?

To conclude, I must say that all 7 supplements of the Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand are truly great supplements.

Potent active ingredients, harmless and beneficial additives, very well-received, third-party tested for harmful admixtures and they have passed all the purity tests, plus they are also covered by the money-back guarantee if something does not go your way.

So, when betting on them, you can’t even really lose your money.

You either win…

Or you win.

But what about actually choosing the right one for you? One that will help you most in your current situation?

Well, you can’t really ever go wrong with the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength. Thus, when in doubt revert back to it. It’s the most sold (as far as I can tell), the most extensively reviewed and the most straight forward supplement of the whole brand.

Whereas if you want to go fancy, then consider the other supplements. And best do so based on the potential benefits described in the review sections above and that what you’re exactly after.

But if you were to ask for my very top recommendations at the moment, I’d say go for this one (full review). I’ve done the research, I believe it’s the very best both in terms of ingredients and price on the market.

Other than that, I hope this Gaia Turmeric Supreme brand review of all 7 supplements helped you find the information you were looking for. In your mind, what was the most exciting option they offer? Would you care to try it? Is there a specific reason why? Let me know below.

    • Hey, Bootz!

Yes, I believe that should be fine. It’s actually what some people recommend when it comes to Turmeric.
That said, I’ve heard there is some possibility of heartburn when taken this way. So, if that does happen, just take it with food.

      I hope that helps!

      Cheers,

  1. Hello and thank you for the wonderfully comprehensive review. My interest was piqued when talking about the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Joint supplement. I have achy joints and am always looking for natural remedies. Anti-inflammation anything is my best friend. In that regard, I knew some about the turmeric and the black pepper extracts, as well as the Devil’s claw root. I was not familiar with the Quercetin. It sounds like an amazing addition to anything for joint health. All in all, AWESOME review.

  2. Wow. This is a very interesting article about the Gaia Turmeric brand. I must admit that I was simply trying to find out more about the health benefits associated with turmeric. I’ve been hearing lots of discussion about its benefits. I was envisioning trying to find a way to incorporate turmeric into my cooking.

I did not realize that you could purchase supplements such as these. So, this post has given me some ideas. It sounds like I would need to figure out what benefits I am most interested in. Once I have done that, Gaia Tumeric Supreme definitely has a variety of products to choose from.

    Thanks!

  3. This was a very well researched, comprehensive, and thorough article. Although I already knew about the incredible benefits of turmeric (with black pepper), I learned a lot more today by reading your article. The Gaia products seem amazing, and I’m interested in the Gaia Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength and the Nutrigold Turmeric Curcumin Gold. So, the Gaia supplements are not vegan? And Nutrigold is another company, isn’t it? The Nutrigold, however, also looks great! (I checked your review about that one).

I use a lot of curry and turmeric when I cook, first because I love the taste of it, and second, because of their benefits. I realize though that I can get so much more out of it if I take a curcuma supplement.

Gaia looks like a decent company, and it’s indeed a good sign that they are not putting miraculous claims on their site or load their websites with customer reviews. While customer reviews certainly help, it also looks a little like trying too hard when a company overloads their homepage with those opinions. I will look more at Gaia products and check out their website.

    • Hey, Chistine!

I’m happy to hear you enjoyed the article. I’m glad it was insightful for you.

I can absolutely relate about the taste. I too enjoy it a lot.

As for being vegan or not, supposedly they Gaia. However, all we have is their own claims. Whereas in the case with Nutrigold, it’s actually vegan-certified by Vegan Action. Hence, you can be 100% sure about it living up to that quality.

Cheers, and have a Great One, Christine!
