This article of Nature’s Bounty Reviews is going to be a slightly different kind of article.
Overtime at this website we have accumulated a number of reviews on various and different kinds of Nature’s Bounty supplements. Thus, in this one, we bring it all together to provide key insights on every single supplement already looked at in individual articles.
The point here is to provide a proper overview page (what I like to call “umbrella page”), from which you can then find your way on to the supplement particularly of interest to you.
As well as providing the means of getting the overall feel and learning about various Nature’s Bounty supplements in a very short period of time.
In the future, whenever I will be publishing a new supplement review for this brand, I will add a short summary of it also here. So, you can always fall back to this page if this particular brand is of great interest to you.

Nature’s Bounty Reviews – Overall Feel
Nature’s Bounty is the kind of supplement brand that doesn’t really shy away from an opportunity.
My point being, you can literally find their adaptation for whatever supplement that you’re actually looking for. The slight problem though with it is that it’s mainly very average in terms of the delivery.
For example, you may find that its vitamin forms are not really kicking butt most of the time.
You may find the additives sometimes do not live up to the highest standards.
Or sometimes it delivers plain herbs without standardizing them (providing the beneficial compound in concentrated amounts).
As well as there are other minor hiccups generally with the supplements the Nature’s Bounty brand tend to offer.
So, overall, they definitely should be considered a generalist. Which isn’t that great one either.
I mean, there will be supplements that are totally fine and can benefit you highly. However, much of those times there will be something that other brands offer that is just better in every single aspect.
So, you’ll be much better off running with that than with this one.
Nature’s Bounty Ageless Eye Review
Nature’s Bounty Ageless Eye is a supplement that is geared towards helping people improve their skin health and well-being.
It strives to achieve that through Collagen Peptides, which is a substance all about improving that youthlike look by promoting skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles, supporting skin’s glow, just in general reversing skin aging, which also includes getting rid of the lines around your eyes [R, R, R, R, R].
On top of that, the substance has also shown to strengthen nails and teeth, improve bone density and joint health, support hair growth, heal leaky gut, reduce cellulite, as well as have other potential benefits [R, R, R, R, R].
To those Collagen Peptides, the Nature’s Bounty Ageless Eye also adds a few vitamins. And it enjoys a solid global success rate (100% based on all available customer reviews online).
Best of all, all the additives that it uses are completely harmless. So, overall, this is a solid buy if you’re in for the kind of skin health improving benefits.
Nature’s Bounty B-Complex Review
As the name already suggests, Nature’s Bounty B-Complex is about supercharging your vitamin B levels. Thus, improving on and making happen all the typical B vitamin benefits, such as improving energy production and nervous system health.
The supplement itself, however, is not that convincing. While it does contain a number of different B vitamins generally up to 3 times the 100% Daily Values (except B12, which is quite a bit more), the vitamin forms it uses are average at best.
On top of the B vitamins, you get a little bit of vitamin C (200% Daily Value) and only harmless additives.
Thus, while the supplement itself isn’t anything extraordinary, it can still work for some people.
Though at the same time, I reckon even if you’re after exactly the kind of thing, you would benefit infinite times more from a supplement that’s more dedicated to quality nutrient forms. And one that is also preferably more abundant just as a whole.
Generally, a proper unconventional supplement will do a much better job at providing you with all the necessary B vitamins.
Nature’s Bounty B12 Review
While the Nature’s Bounty B12 review takes a look at a number of different vitamin B12 supplements for this brand, I wouldn’t regard a single one of them as great nutrition.
The main problem is that these variations of the supplement extensively use the vitamin B12 form of Cyanocobalamin. Which although is effective at curing deficiencies, it’s not exactly the best form. In fact, it’s the cheapest and the poorest form in terms of its absorbability and benefit to your health [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].
And to add to that, a number of these B12 supplements use not so great (to say the least) additives. Which highly vary and change from one Nature’s Bounty B12 version to another.
Thus, if you’re after a proper B12 supplement and with it primarily associated benefits (like energy production and nervous system health), you’ll be much better off with choosing a supplement from this list of the very best ones.

Nature’s Bounty Biotin Review
Nature’s Bounty Biotin is mainly about delivering value and improved health of your hair, skin, and nails. It will also support proper nervous system function and food conversion to energy.
While the active ingredient in both of the versions of this one is as good as it ever gets and many people swear by the efficacy of this, there’s a huge downside.
This downside comes in the form of additives.
Both of the versions use such additives as Soybean Oil and Titanium Dioxide. Of which the first one is a substance known to cause chronic inflammation but the other in its likely nano-form can bring about liver, lung, brain damage [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R]
So, not exactly what was on your mind when deciding to go for hair, skin, and nails improving supplement, right?
Well, it rarely (never!!!) is for anyone.
Nature’s Bounty Hydrolyzed Collagen Review
Nature’s Bounty Hydrolyzed Collagen goes by a number of names. Some prefer to use the name I titled this section as, others call it the Nature’s Bounty Advanced Collagen, whereas for some it’s just Nature’s Bounty Collagen.
But regardless of how exactly people refer it to, it’s still the same supplement. It’s still one that is all about Hydrolyzed Collagen for that improved skin health. And on top of that, it does also add some extra vitamins and minerals.
However, it’s nowhere near as potent as that Nature’s Bounty Ageless Eye in terms of that Collagen amounts. 5 times less this supplement has. I mean, it’s still enough to bring about potential benefits.
However, that said, I guess it goes without saying that Ageless Eye is the more potent supplement here.
And not only more potent, but it’s also just overall better. Nature’s Bounty Hydrolyzed Collagen includes a harmful additive, yet its more capable brother does no such thing.
Nature’s Bounty Fish Oil Review
Yeah, I guess it is obvious that Nature’s Bounty Fish Oil is about fish oil and the incredibly beneficial omega-3 fatty acids. These support brain function as well as have a plethora of other worthwhile benefits.
Sadly, though despite the fact that there are 13 different options here, none of them is a viable one.
The main issue is the fact that Nature’s Bounty Fish Oil hasn’t been approved by any major third-party laboratory for their supplement purity.
For fish oil, this is especially important because the pollution from our oceans accumulates in the fatty tissues of fish. Which then when gets extracted finds its way into supplements.
That said, Nature’s Bounty themselves claim that their fish oil is getting tested by some third-party laboratory in Peru. Which despite the fact that it’s likely legit gives us no closer insight and thus, is largely a mystery (they could at least name the facility).
And that should never be the case when it comes to making sure of fish oil’s purity. I mean, there are so many great options out there that are also properly third-party tested.
In that sense, Nature’s Bounty really has to step up its game if it wants to properly compete with any of its competitors. There are many much better supplements out there.
Nature’s Bounty Ginkgo Biloba Review
Ginkgo Biloba has long been wrongfully marketed as memory performance increasing herb. However, it doesn’t really fit that mold. Instead, it can bring about a number of benefits that can indirectly benefit brain health.
Still, the real emphasis for this one is on benefits like antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity, improved blood flow and mood, better sleep quality, promoting of better skin health and prevention of fatigue, as well as a number of other benefits [R, R, R, R, R, R].
In terms of the active ingredients, you get the good stuff in standardized forms for more benefit. Which is awesome.
The additives are also great.
Overall, this is definitely an option you can go for if you’re after those Ginkgo Biloba associated benefits.
Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Review
The Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails comes in two variations. The less potent one, which is often simply referred to as Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails, and the more potent one adding the words “Extra Strength” in between words “Bounty” and “Hair”.
The review for this one looks at both of those supplements.
As you can already tell by the name, the core purpose of these is to improve your well-being through better health of your hair, skin, nails. And based on the global success rates it can definitely do that.
However, the Extra Strength version uses a couple of different potentially harmful additives. Thus, I wouldn’t suggest it as a viable option.
That said, the simple version does none of that. But if you’re after truly improving hair, skin, nail health, you might benefit the most from the supplements I suggest in the article as alternatives.

Nature’s Bounty Probiotic 10 Review
The Nature’s Bounty Probiotic 10 focuses itself around providing a bunch of different probiotic strains for the improvement of your digestive health.
These amounts and approach absolutely subscribe to the best practices of nutrient amounts, thus, making the supplement highly beneficial.
There’s also the added benefit of a pre-biotic – Inulin. This to make it all even more effective and appealing for your gut health bacteria and all that’s related. The additives are also fine [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].
However, I would still recommend not going with this one based on my suspicion of GMO Soy being part of the supplement.
I mean, I might be wrong, and it may not be the case. But a number of indicators lead me to believe otherwise.
Either way, there’s really no need of risking that potential health hazard. There are a bunch of proper probiotics out there that come without any involvement of Soy or GMO ingredients.
Nature’s Bounty Super B-Complex Review
Nature’s Bounty Super B-Complex is supposedly just an augmented version of the Nature’s Bounty B-Complex.
Thus, although it offers quite a bit of more B vitamins for heart and nervous system health, as well as occasional stress of daily living, there are still some that are offered in lower amounts than it was in its weaker brother. Examples of this are vitamin B5 and C.
Other than that, you’re still getting weak forms of vitamin B6, B9, B12. And just overall it’s not that great of a bet. Anything it does, a proper unconventional multivitamin supplement can do way better.
As for the additives, those are fine and harmless. Making this a somewhat of an option to consider.
Still, there are many supplements out there that just will do a better job.
Nature’s Bounty Turmeric Review
As the name suggests, Nature’s Bounty Turmeric is all about providing benefits that come with consuming this gold-like colored marvelous substance.
Such as improving brain function, digestion, liver health, balancing hormone levels, battling heart disease, preventing cancer and other chronic illnesses, combating depression, as well promoting joint health among other benefits [R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R].
The additives in this one are okay, and superficially it looks like a solid supplement.
However, the main issue with it and why I wouldn’t recommend it is the factor of turmeric amounts.
It just doesn’t offer that much of the core beneficial compounds found in this herb called Curcuminoids. Meaning, of all 500 mg of Turmeric it contains, only 50 mg that come in the standardized form. Which, in essence, is very bad.
Lots Of Supplements To Offer But Not That Superb Overall
The reviews you can find here at this time cover only a small fraction of all the available Nature’s Bounty brand supplements.
There are many more out there. Many more that I will at some time in the future review.
However, as you can already probably tell, Nature’s Bounty isn’t really a supplement that absolutely excels at something.
What I mean is that many things it does okay. But I feel it never really puts that extra effort forth to make something truly great happen and that can serve you and benefit you extremely well.
I guess that’s just how they roll right now. It may change in the future. But there’s no way of telling for sure.
Anyways, if among those supplements above you didn’t find a supplement that was of your particular interest, let me know in the comments and I’ll create a review for it.
Other than that, I hope this article compiling and giving key insights on all the Nature’s Bounty reviews findable on Health Knight helped you find the information you were looking for.
I like your article with its in depth review of supplements. I am interested in the ‘Natures Bounty Turmeric Review’ I was reading about how turmeric is super healthy and from your review I can see how beneficial this is. I have been having joint problems of late and feel that the Tumeric would help me with this. I am in the United Kingdom can this be shipped to the UK?
Hey, Darren!
I’m happy to hear that you liked the article.
Listen, as for Turmeric, this particular one of Nature’s Bounty isn’t particularly great. In fact, it’s a massive underperformer.
Here is an infinite times better option.
And, yes, it is possible to order it to the UK, moreover, the shipping will be insanely affordable. Just follow the appropriate links on that page.
Cheers, and have a Great One!

For a platform that has so many to offer, it probably is normal that they can’t live up to expectation or up to the standard. I don’t use natures bounty but I have a friend that uses their fish oil, I believe she says it works for her. I guess it boils down to what works for you after all and what you’re looking for. Great review all in all.
Hey, Henderson!
I appreciate the opinion. It definitely at the end of the day comes down to what works for you.
Still, there is a smart way you can go about all of this or a very poor one. To elaborate on the example you gave on the Nature’s Bounty Fish Oil, I feel it rather subscribes to that poor approach as improperly purified fish oil is worse than no fish oil.
And there are, of course, numerous other examples like this, which both teach you and reminds you to be mindful about what kind of supplement you’re going for. Otherwise, it may as well just backfire to a point where it might have been just more beneficial to curb that cash instead of spending it on that random supplement.
I hope that makes sense.
Cheers, and have a Great One!

Thanks for sharing your in-depth insight into Nature’s Bounty products. They are a huge presence in the supplement world, and the more information that is available about Nature’s Bounty, the better! I’ve had a doctor tell me to avoid supplements that include too many fillers, but it’s good to hear where you share that at least in some cases they are harmless.
It’s critical for everyone to know where the additives may not be what you want in your health supplement. Thanks for doing the research and sharing this vital information.
Hey, Aly!
I’m happy to hear you liked the article!
Yeah, avoiding supplements with too many fillers is definitely good advice. Just imagine there are supplements, which instead of 3-5 use 15-18 different additives.
And yeah, that additive part really is a vital piece of information.
Cheers, and have a Great One!
